HOW WE MARKET YOUR HOME
Getting the best price is about finding the right buyers for your property. That takes a dynamic marketing plan using targeted media and internet exposure. Our resources for in-town and out-of-town buyers are unmatched.
The World Wide Web as a Marketing Tool:
Technology is a powerful tool in today’s real estate market. Our presence on the World Wide Web gives your home maximum exposure to potential buyers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. World wide access to information about your home is available on:
- (National Association of Realtors® website)
- www.SacBee.com (The Sacramento Bee)
- www.MetrolistMLS.com (Northern California Multiple Listing Service)
- And, of course, our company web site (www.soldbyshelley.com)
Let’s get started selling your home. We are here to HELP! Click HERE to List With Shelley
And when buyers access SoldByShelley.com on their smart phones they will automatically be switched to the smart phone version of our company website with the complete home search so that they can see your home for sale.
Professional Photography & Professional Flyers:
For all of our listings, at our expense we have professional photographs taken of the interior and exterior of your home. We then take those photographs and have them made into a professional-quality flyer (again, at our expense) that can be taken home by potential buyers. When buyers are making a home-buying decision, they will have at their fingertips a visual reminder of all of the qualities of your home.
Traditional Marketing of Your Home:
Your home will be listed with our MLS (Multiple Listing Service) so that all active agents and brokers can find your home and include it when they show their buyers homes on the market. Also, we will place a unique Weisman Real Estate sign in your front yard, along with a flyer box containing your home’s professional-quality flyer.
We’ll assist you with preparing your home for sale, and with staging your home. We’ll also help you prepare your home for showings. First impressions are the most important, so we’ll work together to make sure your home gives off a strong first impression. We refer to this as “Show Time.”
